Returns Policy

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once processed through our checkout.

Returns

Costume Illusions will only accept returns if contacted within 7 days of the delivery date. Costume Illusions will only accept returns if the product is faulty when you receive it. Returns will not be accepted for incorrect size or colour choice. Any return received without unopened original packaging will not be credited unless otherwise specified in writing. There is a minimum restocking fee.

Refunds

All refunds approved by Costume Illusions will be done via an electronic transfer back into the customer's nominated account. Refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only, less the applicable restocking fee and do NOT include postage and handling charges. Any return received without unopened original packaging will not be credited.

For returns or refunds you will be issued with a Return Number by Costume Illusions. Please include reference to this Return Number when you return the goods. Once we are in receipt of the goods and approve the return or refund, you will either be issued with a credit towards a new Costume Illusions purchase, or you will be credited via electronic transfer into your nominated account.
