By accessing, using and purchasing via this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If Costume Illusions should amend these Terms and Conditions such an amendment will become effective immediately and you agree to be bound accordingly.

Costume Illusions does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of product descriptions and/or other content of this site. Costume styles may change without notice as a result of an alteration in the manufacturer’s production. Such changes are beyond our control. Website descriptions and images will emulate any changes to the costumes as soon as Costume Illusions becomes aware of them.

4. Pricing

All prices on Costume illusions are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Costume Illusions may at any time without notice change the price of items in the web store. Please note that this will not affect your existing order.

5. Cancellations, Refunds and Returns

Orders cannot be cancelled once processed through our checkout.

5.1 Returns

Costume Illusions will only accept returns if contacted within 7 days of the delivery date. Costume Illusions will only accept returns if the product is faulty when you receive it. Returns will not be accepted for incorrect size or colour choice. Any return received without unopened original packaging will not be credited unless otherwise specified in writing.

There is a minimum restocking fee.

5.2 Refunds

All refunds approved by Costume Illusions will be done via electronic transfer back into the customer's nominated account. Refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only, less the applicable restocking fee and do NOT include postage and handling charges. Any return received without unopened original packaging will not be credited.

For returns or refunds you will be issued with a Return Number by Costume Illusions. Please include reference to this Return Number when you return the goods. Once we are in receipt of the goods and approve the return or refund, you will either be issued with a credit towards a new Costume Illusions purchase, or you will be credited via electronic transfer into your nominated account.
