Delivery Policy

Costume Illusions endeavours to process your order within 24 hours of receipt on business days. We ship your goods within Australia using Australia Post’s express post delivery service, or outside Australia using Australia Post’s regular international parcel service. Delivery time will vary depending upon where you live and your local service.

Costume Illusions does accept orders that have a different shipping address to the billing address.

Within Australia

Costume Illusions ships within Australia for a flat rate of $14.95AUD per delivery, regardless of weight or destination. Depending on where you live, please allow 1-5 business days to receive your order.

As a general rule, major cities and metro areas will usually be next day delivery. Regional centres allow approx 2-3 days. Outlying country areas allow approx 3-4 days.

Outside Australia

Costume Illusions currently ships to New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong and the United States. Please allow between one and six weeks to receive your order. The following shipping charges apply:

New Zealand: a flat rate of $24.95AUD per delivery to New Zealand, regardless of weight.

Singapore or Hong Kong: a flat rate of $35.95AUD per delivery to Singapore or Hong Kong, regardless of weight.

United States: a flat rate of $45.95AUD per delivery to the United States, for parcels up to 3kg in weight (most orders will fall within this range). For parcels over 3kg in weight, we will advise if any additional charge is applicable. If so, the additional shipping charge must be paid prior to despatch of your order.

We do not ship to other countries at this time.

Customers ordering items for shipment outside Australia agree to be liable for any customs charges, tariffs or duties where applicable. Refunds will not be given for orders impounded by customs. Items returned for refund from countries outside Australia are subject to our Returns Policy and will incur re-shipping charges.
