We offer free parcel post shipping within Australia - Use Voucher Code FREESHIP

All orders are posted via Australia Post the next business day.

Within Australia

Parcel Post -Free - Normally 3-5 days (You must use the Voucher Code FREESHIP when checking out).

Express Post - $9.95 - Plesae allow 2 business days for delivery in major cities & metro areas. Regional centres allow approx 3-4 days. Outlying country areas allow approx 4-5 days.

Outside Australia

Costume Illusions currently ships to New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong and the United States. Please allow between one and six weeks to receive your order. The following shipping charges apply:

New Zealand: a flat rate of $24.95AUD per delivery to New Zealand, regardless of weight.

Singapore or Hong Kong: a flat rate of $35.95AUD per delivery to Singapore or Hong Kong, regardless of weight.

United States: a flat rate of $45.95AUD per delivery to the United States, for parcels up to 3kg in weight (most orders will fall within this range). For parcels over 3kg in weight, we will advise if any additional charge is applicable. If so, the additional shipping charge must be paid prior to despatch of your order.

We do not ship to other countries at this time.

Customers ordering items for shipment outside Australia agree to be liable for any customs charges, tariffs or duties where applicable. Refunds will not be given for orders impounded by customs. Items returned for refund from countries outside Australia are subject to our Returns Policy and will incur re-shipping charges.
